So another week on the Celebrity Slim Meal Replacement Shake diet and another loss! I was worried this week as I went away for a girls weekend, where I consumed far too much wine and cheese and then wasn’t as good as I should have been during the week.
I seem to have become slightly addicted to cheese, an addiction which will be ceasing this week!
In week 3 week I lost 400 grams, so a much smaller weight loss than in week 1 and week 2, but to be expected. Overall I’ve lost 4.3kg.
This week I tried one of the low-carb Celebrity Slim meal replacement shakes and it tasted rough! So rough that I couldn’t drink it in fact, so I’m definitely sticking to the regular Celebrity Slim meal replacement shakes because they are delicious!
